Joe has a wide breadth of experience in the small molecule API manufacturing industry. He has key expertise in the technology transfer and manufacture of small molecule APIs.  With a background of team collaboration and multifunctional client-facing roles in the contract manufacturing setting, Joe is able to cultivate communication and collaboration for positive partnerships.   Joe has led his teams to successful outcomes in Operational Excellence, utilizing techniques such as 5S and Lean.

Joe started his career in the medical device industry where he formed a deep understanding of the FDA regulated environment while performing as a design assessment engineer. Joe’s background is in Chemical Engineering, having obtain a BSE from the University of Michigan.

In his off hours, Joe enjoys chilly autumn football UofM games, experimenting in the kitchen, and cycling the rolling hills of Michigan.
